Following the success of Brioni Eau De Parfum that launched in March this year, Brioni, introduced Eau De Parfum Intense last week at their gorgeous Mayfair Townhouse.
Surrounded by the gorgeous Brioni clothes and with perfumer Karine Vinchon-Spehner of Robertet, we had a chance to smell the new fragrance, experience the accords separately and taste dishes and cocktails inspired by the ingredients.
If the first Brioni fragrance was wearing an elegant morning suit, this one is wearing a tuxedo and ready to conquer the the night.

Created in collaboration with Lalique, and the inspiration from Brioni's Design Director, perfumers Michel Almairac and Karine Vinchon-Spehner of Robertet used a simple yet very elegant formula to produce a fragrance that encapsulates Brioni's sartorial elegance. In line with Brioni’s policy for sourcing more sustainable fabrics from Italian suppliers, the House has focused on using environmentally and socially responsible ingredients.
Opening notes: Calabrian bergamot, Italian tangerine, pink pepper
Middle notes: Indonesian patchouli, saffron, green apple
Base notes: Oud, Ambroxan, vanilla
Brioni Eau De Parfum Intense has a very luminous and zesty opening thanks to a duo of citruses blended in a harmonious accord; bergamot and mandarin are matched with a sparkling pink peppercorn to create a dazzling and juicy start, quickly followed by a velvety heart of earthy patchouli, smoothed , refined and infused with rich saffron and a bite of fresh apple. The drydown is quite seductive with a unique suave oud accord warmed up by ambroxan and sweetened by delicious smoky vanilla.
The result is a vibrant, long-lasting and elegant fragrance like the perfect tuxedo.
